Mountain Biking in Nepal

Endowed with staggering landscape, undulating mountains, lush green forests and the rugged terrain, Nepal is a splendid destination for mountain biking. 

Biking on the ridges of its numerous mountains is a wonderful way to get to know its rugged terrain and mingle with the ethnic groups and learn about their culture. There are all sorts of mountain biking in Nepal ranging from easy and short ones to exotic ones. 
If you are a beginner biker and do not have much time at hand, you can bike around the numerous trails around Kathmandu valley savouring the beauty of the sprawling city from the bird's eye-view on one side and the stunning view of the high-rise snow-capped mountains standing confidently on the other side. 

If you have more time and experience in biking you can choose to bike on more extensive trails including those in the Annapurna trekking region, Upper Mustang and the Kathmandu to Pokhara mountain bike trail. 

In both the trips, you can enjoy the warm hospitality of t he local ethnic Nepali communities and learn about their culture and language. 

You can also combine your mountain biking in Nepal with other adventure activities in Nepal like trekking, jungle safari, rafting and bungee jumping. 

You can either bring your own mountain bikes, or we can arrange bikes of your choice upon your request. When you book a trip with us, we provide the bike (if necessary), an experienced guide and arrange for accommodation and food during the trip. 

We can tailor biking itineraries for you as per your available time, experience in biking and interest. If you are traveling in a group we can arrange the trip exclusively for a group, and if you are traveling individually we can join one of our groups.
