Recommended Medical Kit

We have mentioned some of the basic first aid kit supplies and first aid kit medications that the trekkers must take along with them whenever they go for trekking in Nepal. Since this is only the basic kit list, trekkers who will be joining the extensive packages like climbing and expedition should add more things to their list. For details, you can mail us at the link http://www.gotonepaltrekking.com/contact-us.html. We will be happy to resolve your query.
