Normally the trek towards ABC start from Pokhara; but from Kathmandu, if you are an international tourist. You will drive to Nayapul from Pokhara, and trek to Jhinu Danda walking along at the bank of Modi River. You will pass through Dovoan, Chomrong, all the way to ABC through Macchapuchhre Base Camp. The trail from Dovan to Deurali can be quite troublesome; if your body isn't acclimatized properly, altitude sickness can get you into problem. Thus, throughout your trek, you will have to drink plenty of water, eat nutritious and hygienic food, go slow and gentle in high altitude area, and remain healthy.
