Upper Mustang Trek
Kathmandu (1,345 m)-Pokhara (823 m)-Kagbeni (2800 m)-Chele (3,100 m)-Geling (3,570 m)-Charang (3,560 m)-Lo Manthang (3,840 m)-Ghami (3,520 m)-Samar (3,540 m)-Kagbeni (2,800 m)-Jomsom (2,700 m)-Pokhara (823 m)-KathmanduUpper Mustang trek starts from a trek to Kagbeni (2,810 m). Via Chuksang (2,900 m), Samar (3,150 m), Geling (3,510 m), you shall move all the way to Ghami (3,490 m). Leaving Tsarang (3,620 m), you shall arrive at Lo Manthang (3,730 m). Spending an additional day at Lo Manthang, you shall return back to Ghami, the next day. Via Samar, Kagbeni, you shall arrive back to Jomsom. By a flight, you shall return to Pokhara, then, eventually to Kathmandu.
Lower Mustang Trek
Kathmandu (1,345 m)-Pokhara (823 m)-Nayapul-Tikhedhunga (1,480 m)-Ghorepani (2,860 m)-Poon Hill-Ghasa (2,010)-Marpha (2,670)-Kagbeni (2,800 m)-Muktinath (3,760 m)-Jomsom (2,120 m)-Pokhara (823 m)-Kathmandu (1,345 m)Lower Mustang Trek also starts from Nayapul, as you trek towards Tikhedhunga. From Tikhedhunga, you shall make Ghorepani. Early in the morning, the next day, you shall ascend to the top of the Poon Hill, to view the spectacular beauty of sunrise; as the rays of the sun flood the mountains, you shall be deeply encaptivated to cherish this phenomenal experience. From Poon Hill, you shall be trekking to Ghasa for about 6-7 hours. Via Marpha, Kagbeni, Muktinath you shall arrive in Jomsom. Via Jomsom, you shall catch a flight to Pokhara, and then to Kathmandu.
