There are several refreshing aspects about Nepal Kalapatthar trek as during the course of the trekking the trekkers will come across many new and exciting places of the Khumbhu region of Mount Everest like Lukla, Namche Bazaar—the traditional trade point of Nepali and Tibetan traders—Dingboche, Tengboche and of course the Everest Kalapatthar which allows 360 degree panoramic view of the mountains. The trekkers will come across the local Sherpa villages of the region and also will get to interact with the locals, learn about their way of life and their old tradition and culture. Trek to Kalapatthar begins with a wonderful and adventurous mountain flight from the Capital City of Kathmandu to the Lukla Airport. The Airport is also known as Tenzing-Hillary Airport in recognition to the two persons who climbed Everest for the first time. Perched atop a hill, Lukla Airport looks treacherous in its location. However, almost all of the trekkers who come for Everest Kalapatthar trekking prefer to fly until Lukla and then begin their trekking from the Airport. The trekkers will then hike until Phakding and then to Namche Bazaar as they will embark on a wonderful trip to the Kalapatthar region of the Everest.
